When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Standard transit after dispatch normally takes 4–6 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible requests may be started within 30 days after delivery. New and unused items, including change-of-mind returns, and damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items are covered. Read the Refund Policy.
Is there a return fee?
A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel, and no restocking fee is charged. Please obtain approval before mailing the item.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions may take additional time to post the credit.
