Order processing
After payment authorization, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Transit and charges
After dispatch, standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Available services, delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
Address accuracy and tracking
Review the shipping address carefully before placing an order. When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information supplied with the order. Carrier delays, weather and remote destinations can affect timing, so no particular arrival date is guaranteed.
Delayed, missing or damaged shipments
