We accept eligible return and exchange requests made within 30 days after delivery.
Eligible items
New, unused items in their original condition may be returned when you change your mind or select the wrong style. We also assist with damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Canadian law.
Approval and return address
Email andreswestbridge35586@gmail.com before mailing anything back. We will review the request and provide approval and the correct return address. Our office mailing address is not automatically the returns warehouse.
Return label and exchanges
A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. If it is missing or lost, contact us for assistance. We do not charge a restocking fee. Eligible exchanges depend on review and available inventory.
Refund timing
After the returned item is received and approved, we will process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
