These terms apply to use of this Canadian Fossil store and orders placed through it.
Store use and product information
Use the store only for lawful purposes. Product descriptions, colours, availability, and imagery are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but displays and production variations may affect appearance.
Orders, prices, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment failure. Prices are shown in CAD; applicable taxes and shipping charges appear at checkout.
Delivery and returns
Processing and delivery information is provided in the Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, prepaid labels, and refunds follow the Refund Policy, including the 30-day request window and refunds processed or initiated within 10 days after approval.
Intellectual property and consumer rights
Store content, branding, and product materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer law.
